When we receive the RFQ or e-bike drawings from the customer, we evaluate the required materials, processes, and costs based on their needs. We then provide specific quotation information. -
-02- Circuit Design and Evaluation
We assist clients in designing circuits that meet their requirements while conducting feasibility assessments to ensure they align with the customer's specifications.

-03- Optical Simulation/Design
In bike light design, optical performance is crucial. We utilize professional software to conduct optical performance simulations, ensuring that the e-bike achieves optimal lighting effects and beam distribution.

-04- Mold Assessment/Mechanical Component Tooling
For the e-bike's casing and mechanical components, we conduct mold assessments to determine the appropriate design solutions. After confirming the suitable design, we proceed with mold manufacturing to realize the e-bike's shape and structural design.

The company offers software development services, developing and customizing software related to bike lights. This includes control systems, lighting modes, functionalities, and more. -

During the e-bike development process, a trial production phase is conducted where a small quantity of samples is manufactured for testing and verification. This helps ensure the accuracy of the e-bike design and manufacturing process.

This encompasses environmental testing (waterproof, high-temperature/high-humidity, vibration, etc.), as well as drop testing and third-party certification, to ensure that the e-bike complies with relevant standards and specifications. -

After the trial production and testing phases are completed, the process moves to mass production. Large-scale manufacturing is carried out according to customer demands and order quantities to provide the required e-bikes to the customers.
